PATON®️ Warranty & Support
We want your experience with PATON®️ welding equipment to be nothing short of excellent. If something goes wrong — don’t worry. We’ll take care of it quickly, easily, and with no hassle.
Depending on the model, PATON machines come with a 1-, 2-, 3-, or 5-year warranty.
All warranty and service issues are handled through our official European Service Center in Rzeszów, Poland.
What if my machine breaks?
If your PATON®️ welding machine has a fault, here’s what to do:
1. Contact Us
Send an email to sale@patonwelders.com and include:
- Machine model
- Serial number (if available)
- Date of purchase
- A short description of the issue (plus photos or video, if possible)
- Your contact details (name, phone number, and email)
2. We’ll Take It From There
Our support team will get back to you within 1–2 business days.
If your machine is under warranty and needs repair:
- We’ll arrange a courier pickup from your address — no need to go anywhere.
- You’ll receive an email with the pickup date and time.
- Just pack the machine (preferably in the original box) and hand it to the courier.
3. Fast Repair or Replacement
Once we receive your unit:
- If the issue is minor, our technicians will repair it within 5–7 business days and send it back.
- If the issue is more serious or parts are unavailable — we’ll replace your machine with a new one.
You’ll receive email updates at every step of the process.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and internal failures — but not external damage or issues caused by improper use.
Items not covered under warranty include:
- Power switches
- Control knobs
- Cable and torch connectors
- Control ports
- Power cable and plug
- Carrying handle, shoulder strap, case
- Electrode holders, ground clamps, torches, welding cables, and hoses

- Courier pickup is free for valid warranty claims
- If the issue isn’t covered by warranty, we’ll send you a quote before starting any work
- All repairs come with an additional 30-day service warranty
