Digital Inverter Welder PATON™ ADI 200 PAC digital inverter welder is optimised for inert gas shielded arc welding using the “TIG” direct or alternating current (AC/DC) method and manual arc welding with the “MMA” direct current shielded electrode. The “Professional” series device has been designed for consumers who require a compact design and an optimal ratio between portability and functionality of a unit with its full nominal current.
The best solution for DC and AC welding of a wide range of materials: aluminium, aluminium alloys (TIG AC mode), parts and materials of steel, non-ferrous metals and copper alloys (TIG DC mode). The device can also be used for welding with coated electrodes (MMA mode). In addition, the manufacturer used the RIV (SPOT) function in this device. Inverter welding machine PATON ADI 200РАС provides excellent non-contact glow, constant and stable electric arc, as well as high quality of weld and ease of use. The device has a protection module against too low and too high supply voltage. Thanks to the increased frequency of the input voltage, which powers the transformer, it is several times smaller, so the device has several times smaller weight and dimensions with the same output parameters compared to other devices with similar characteristics.

These “Professional” series, the housing is protected against the ingress of foreign particles with a diameter of more than 12.5mm and provides protection against rain. The device can be placed and operated outdoors. The internal electrical parts of the device are protected against direct exposure to moisture, but are not protected against condensation.
Thanks to their robust, compact design, Professional series welders are ideal for field work and semi-industrial conditions. The small size of the machine makes it very mobile. PATON™ welders have a stabilization system, so they can be powered from a power generator.
